Pourquoi "Nobody's Perfect" comme nom de marque pour nos vins mono-cépages de Muscadelle, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon et Chardonnay biologiques?
On pourrait facilement se demander pourquoi une certaine entreprise bien connue a appelé son premier ordinateur personnel un « Apple Mackintosh », qui, si l'on y réfléchit, signifie littéralement « imperméable à pomme »; alors qu'y a-t-il dans un nom?
"Personne n'est parfait" signifie simplement que nous prenons la création des vins au sérieux, sans nous prendre trop au sérieux.
Ok, nous avouons ... nous sommes des REBELLES!
Dans un environnement social où les amis et les familles se réunissent, le jus de raisin ressemble au vin (il est transparent lorsqu'il est servi dans un verre et a le goût du raisin dont il est issu), ce qui permet une expérience plus inclusive entre ceux qui choisissent d'apprécier le vin et l'alcool qu'il contient, et ceux qui choisissent de ne pas l'apprécier (et naturellement, à 0 % d'alcool, il est également parfait pour les enfants).
Alcohol-free, Organic Juice from Sauvignon Blanc Vines
Our organic grape juice is made to the same exacting standards as our award-winning wines, and so our processes in the winery to create the juice preserve the natural essences of the grape.
The grapes are selected by our winemaker from our vineyard, harvested by hand, and the juice is pressed from them. Nothing is added or taken away. The juice is clarified and filtered to prevent alcohol forming, then pasteurised and pouched into sustainable packaging.
In a social environment where friends and families gather together , since the grape juice resembles wine (it is clear when served in a glass and tastes like the grape from which it is made) this provides for a more inclusive experience between those who choose to enjoy wine and the alcohol within that, and those who choose not to (and naturally at 0% alcohol its great for children to enjoy too).
